Everyday social life – our thoughts, actions, feelings, decisions, and so on – is the product of a complex conglomeration between societal forces and personal characteristics. To hypothesize why people are the way they are, we must understand the interpersonal, historical, cultural, organizational, and environments that they inhabit. Let us embark on a journey of understanding together, a journey that will enable all of us to “think outside of the box.”
